Our Habitat & Hunting Improvement programs are the most thorough and effective property improvement process on the market, backed by the most qualified regional professionals. “The Best” plan cannot be achieved by a single consultation, so we created a detailed 5 Step process to ensure your sustainable success! If you want to get the most out of your Habitat & Hunting Improvement Plan, or simply get another perspective from an experienced professional on your property, then an On-Site Consultation is for you. How it works: Get started by booking your first call here. Upon booking you will receive a Step 1 mapping exercise to get you started by visualizing what you already know about your hunting situation. During our Step 1 call (1 hour) we will discuss your property goals and budget expectations, and start e-scouting your entire property. Before the end of our first call, we will put together a Step 2 scouting plan and set a date for the on-site visit to put boots on the ground and collect any missing information, scouting your entire property, analyzing bedding cover, food and water sources, travel routes, stand locations and access, and everything habitat. Then we will get to work with Step 3 designing an end-goal layout that maximizes attraction and carrying capacity, while reducing pressure, so your property can reach its full potential. We will then book a follow-up call to discuss the plan and roll into Step 4, where the real magic happens! In Step 4, we will build out your detailed plan, a roadmap to your goal. Our plans will lay out a 5 year timeline with project breakdowns for implementation, long-term management and annual routines. Step 5: We open up the “Holistic Habitat Toolbox” and give you all the information you need to manage: Timber Stands, Native Prairies and Wetlands, Food Plots, Fruit Trees, Stand Locations, Income Opportunities and more! Steps 4 & 5 are not included in the initial consultation. They are achieved through one of the options below: 1) Join an annual coaching program where we work together to fine tune your plan and get you started on your projects, giving you full access to our team. 2) We build out your plan with the information we have, billed at an hourly rate (reflective of the size and complexity of the property). 3) We hand you the reins and let you run with it. **The base price for an onsite visit is listed here, but additional charges may apply based on property size or location.
